I will not accept commissions from clients under the age of 18.

As a client, please be as respectful and patient with me as I am with you.

Please don't ask me about the commission. I’ll let you know if there are any updates regarding the project.

I reserve the right to decline any commission if I do not feel comfortable working on it.

You will provide the video file in MP4 or MOV format.

All commissions are delivered in .MP4 (if you require a different format, please let me know in advance).

The prices shown are base prices, and may vary depending on the complexity, style, format, and duration.

The client must always specify how they would like their video to be edited: Always provide a reference of an edit you would like. Depending on the complexity, the price may increase.

If you would like your video to be completed sooner, an additional 30% fee will be added.

Once I have the raw footage, I will always send the client a preview for approval and to address any questions. (Normally, the preview will not include animations or effects, only the images that will be used in the final result, in order to avoid delays.).

The number of free major revisions is limited to 2. Minor revisions, such as changes to colors or fonts, are free (as long as they do not affect the agreed deadline). Any revisions beyond the standard amount will only be made for an additional fee.

My prices are base rates, but may be subject to change depending on the complexity and deadlines.

Payments are accepted only via WISE/PAYPAL ($USD) or PIX (R$BRL).

Payments made via PayPal are subject to an additional 15% fee due to the higher transaction fees applied to payments received in Brazil. This additional fee helps cover the costs associated with receiving international payments through PayPal.

Payment is made on a 50/50 basis: 50% of the payment is required upfront before the service begins, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion. (Once the project is finished, I will send the video with a watermark. The full, unwatermarked version will be provided after the final payment is received.).

The project timeline will only begin once the initial 50% payment has been received and all necessary files and information have been provided by the client. Any delays in providing materials, feedback, or payment may result in an extension of the deadline.

Refunds must be requested during the initial stage of the service. If a refund is requested after the project has already begun, I reserve the right to retain 50% of the amount paid.

2D looping animation commissions may take up to 7–8 days to complete.

Short-form video commissions may take up to 2–3 days to complete.

Long-form video commissions (up to 10 minutes) may take up to 7–8 days to complete.

Deadlines may vary depending on the current queue and the complexity of the commission..

If the client fails to provide the necessary files, information, or feedback within a reasonable timeframe, the deadline may be extended accordingly. Delays caused by the client will not be considered a delay on my part.

I reserve the right to cancel or decline a commission for any reason.

I reserve the right to showcase the client's commission in my portfolio and promotional posts for promotional purposes and similar uses.
